  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipment. All sales are final

Lost Packages

    • If your order was untracked, refunds will not be given in cases of lost packages. Orders must be returned to us to be issued a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are a small business who understands that shipping costs can be much more than the order itself so we offer lower costs for untracked mail 
    • inkbymi is unable to refund or replace lost orders with untracked shipping and we also do not have information regarding the progress of shipment to untracked mail
    • When opting for untracked mail, you agree to the risks of an un-traceable and uninsured package

 

Damaged Items 

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, let us know so we can address the issue and resolve it
