Processing time: 1-4 business days from order placement date (MON - FRI)

Once orders are dispatched to the post office, they are out of my hands and I therefore have no responsibility over them from that point on
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $80
All paper stationery are automatically shipped by standard NON - TRACKED (unless stated otherwise at checkout) Air Mail through Canada Post located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.
Stationery - Lost Mail

We are not responsible for any lost mail.

If you selected untracked shipping and your order was lost, no refunds will be issued; however, you will have the option to have the order re-sent with a re-shipment fee.

If you selected tracked shipping and your order was lost, please include your order number and e-mail us at info@inkbymi.com.

Approximate Shipping Times

Local (Toronto): 2-4 business days (MON-FRI)
Canada: 4-6 business days (MON-FRI)
U.S: 6-12 business days (MON-FRI)
Everywhere else: 2-5 weeks weeks (MON-FRI)
